In short: we only collect what you send us through the Get in touch form or by email, we use it to reply to you, and we don’t sell it or track you with cookies.
01Who we are
This website, aedu.ai, is operated by AEDU AI PTE. LTD. (“AeduAI”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Singapore with its office at 18 Sin Ming Lane #07-01 Midview City Singapore 573960.
We handle personal data in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”). This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have.
02What we collect
Information you give us. When you use the “Get in touch” form, we collect:
- your name and email address (required);
- your company name (optional);
- the area you’re interested in, such as VR/AR Training or AI Simulation; and
- anything you write in your message.
If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever your message contains.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers record basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the time of the request. We use these logs to keep the site running and secure.
Please don’t send us sensitive personal data (for example, health or financial details) through the form or by email.
03How we use it
We use your personal data to:
- reply to your enquiry and discuss the solutions you asked about;
- follow up on a project or proposal you’ve requested;
- keep the website secure and prevent spam and abuse; and
- meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
We don’t sell your personal data, and we don’t add you to a marketing mailing list unless you ask us to.
06Transfers outside Singapore
Some of our service providers may process data outside Singapore. When that happens, we take steps to make sure your personal data receives a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA, as the PDPA requires.
07How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as we need it to respond to you and manage any resulting business relationship, or as required by law. When we no longer need it, we delete it or anonymise it.
08How we protect it
We use reasonable security arrangements to protect personal data from unauthorised access, use, or disclosure, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to enquiries. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
09Your choices and rights
Under the PDPA, you can ask us to:
- give you access to the personal data we hold about you and tell you how it has been used;
- correct personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete; and
- stop using your personal data by withdrawing your consent.
To make a request, email support@aedu.ai. We’ll respond as soon as reasonably possible, normally within 30 days. If you withdraw consent, we may no longer be able to respond to your enquiry.
If you’re not satisfied with how we handled your request, you can contact the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore.
10Children
Our website and services are intended for organisations and adults. We don’t knowingly collect personal data from children through this website.
11Links to other websites
This website may link to other websites. Their privacy practices are their own, so please review their policies before sharing personal data with them.
12Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. You can also read our Terms of Use.
